This site is the entire south face of South Mountain, Schoharie County, New York. The rise from the road access to the mountain’s crest is longer than Windham Mountain ski resort and the run is longer. The site is heavily wooded except for the stoned road we have cut from the public road to the plateau on which you can build up to three guest lodges with barn and garages.

The site has many running streams and you can dam and build as many lakes as you wish without regulation (under 1,000,000 gallons)

Cut your own snow mobile or ski or walking trails

Land is in the southern tier of the Black Bear range in NY and features plentiful white tail deer.
