Property Rating:
Used to be a tobacco farm. There is minimal fencing. Top land with a few fields. Lots of wooded areas for pigs. Bottom land has the spring fed creek along the open fields. Grass is very full down in the hollow. We want to turn it into a rotational grazing operation. However, our expendable income is spent on the land. We would work with groups that want to fence it and we can work on a Well, and other things to make the place functional, like structures and land improvements. It has fruit trees that are producing. There is a tractor that can be used as well as a large pole barn. We would love to partner with a small multi-species farmer or organization to make use of the beautiful property.
