The main motivation here is to maintain ag exemption. At this time we are working on a common sense lease agreement contract mainly to adhere to deed restrictions and ag exemption requirements but also to make sure the property is being responsibly utilized at all times. There is no water or electricity on the land at this time. We will pay to bring utilities on site with the understanding that the renter will pay all associated monthly bills during the leasing term.
