This is a 20 acre parcel but we use the house as an airbnb and we have a comercial farm on 1 acre in the back to the property. The 20 acres is fenced in with several fenced areas within the 20 acre parcel. We are close to town by 6 miles. This is a warm climate and we do have electricity and water.

We have several fenced in areas that used to have horses. We have containers for water and there is a chicken coop. There is well water on the property and we are 6 miles from town. There is a house on the proeprty but we use that for airbnb.
