Carlton Creek Sporting Club is a property that can truly grow and manage giant whitetails year in and year out. Carlton Creek currently holds the record for the largest whitetail buck ever taken with archery equipment in St. Lucie County. From our game surveys we believe multiple bucks currently call this farm home, that will possibly rewrite the record books. Boarded on multiple sides by sanctuary property Carlton Creeks location means recruitment for bucks far and wide during the rut, and the mind-boggling amount of habitat and cover means once they visit the farm, they are likely to stay. Over 85 acres of food plots and a variety of cover make-ups to suit all seasons and weather conditions. Maintained roads and trail systems, stands, blinds, feeders and a location truly blessed by nature have combined to produce many trophy whitetails throughout the years.

The whitetail deer are on a year-round feeding program that sports a high population density with great age structure and genetics. Hog hunting offers year-round hunting opportunities, both day and night. The Sporting Club has both green light and thermal equipment for the members to use. The use of dogs to hunt hogs will be permitted outside of deer and turkey season. Carlton Creek Sporting Club has professional guides and dogs for the members to book hog dog hunts with.  There are over 15 stands and blinds located on the property.

The members of Carlton Creek Sporting Club have countless wingshooting opportunities. There are three designated and managed quail fields located on the property, and the property is intensely managed to support a healthy quail population. Carlton Creek Sporting Club has annually planted dove fields for the members, to enjoy some amazing wingshooting.

Carlton Creek without a doubt has the finest duck management program Florida has ever seen. We have designated a 100-acre area and have built 25 commercially planted millet duck impoundments and multiple rest areas. Which allows for the finest duck hunting each weekend. Each week multiple impoundments will be flooded; those freshly flooded impoundments will be strictly hunted on Saturdays and Sundays of waterfowl season. We have had an extremely high success rate with this program on properties back in Arkansas. Theres no need for any waterfowl equipment. All equipment is provided by the Sporting Club, and all duck hunts will take place with a professional waterfowl hunting guide.

With this being South Florida and the property having both wetlands and canals, alligators are located on the property and may be harvested with the appropriate tags and licensing. Members and guests may target predators and varmints outside of deer and turkey season.

The Sporting Club offers campsites with both electric and water for all members, as well as a game processing area. In the coming years the Sporting Club plans to build a beautiful lodge and club house for the members and their guests. A walk-in freezer for your game. Trap and skeet shooting course, pistol and long-range target shooting area, for your shooting enthusiasts. Also, a 200+ acre designated upland hunting field and a facility to raise and hold upland birds.
