Serene pieces of land. Perfect mix of tree cover with flat open space. So quiet, with mostly cow farming on all the plots surrounding us. Fully fenced with a small pond on one end. Not in a flood zone at all. Great pieces of property waiting for someone to take advantage of all it has to offer.

Negotiable.  We are happy to work with the potential leaser to add structures/features to get them started.  They can put a trailer on the property and stay there day and night for the duration of the lease
